New Hampshire State Police were notified of a vehicle spotted traveling southbound in the northbound lane on Interstate 93 early Sunday morning.
The 16-year-old operator refused to stop and continued onto Interstate 293 until spike strips were deployed near the Amoskeag Bridge in Manchester.
The vehicle continued for a short distance and came to a stop in the area of exit 4 where she was taken into custody without incident.
